The TMC has posed eight issues to the Centre in response to a push meeting by eight Union ministers on Thursday blaming the Opposition for the unruly scenes witnessed in the Rajya Sabha on Wednesday.

At a push meeting, O’Brien, along with TMC’s Lok Sabha MP Saugata Roy and vice-president of the celebration Yashwant Sinha, strike out at the govt, stating it need to respond to these issues pertaining to the “running treatments” of the Monsoon Session of Parliament.
“What choice does the Opposition have in a parliamentary democracy when the govt crosses all restrictions? Do we continue to sit on our seats and suck lollipops?
