Venezuela, in Historic Shift, Moves to Scale Back Fuel Subsidy

The routine of Nicolás Maduro, grappling with rigorous gasoline shortages, explained it will scale back again its longstanding fuel subsidy and privatize support stations, in a sizeable shift for Venezuelans very long accustomed to filling up their cars and trucks no cost of demand.
