Rubber Board to hold training in latex harvest
The Rubber Board is organising a two-working day coaching in latex harvest know-how on January 12-13 at Rubber Training Institute, Kottayam.
The coaching involves latex harvesting, diverse kinds of tapping knives, modern-day tapping procedures, application of stimulants, Minimal Frequency Tapping, Controlled Upward Tapping, etc. According to a press launch issued by the Board, the coaching will be executed in strict observance of Covid protocol.
The coaching payment is ₹1,000 (18 for each cent GST+ 1 for each cent flood cess more). SC/ST candidates will be given 50 for each cent concession in payment on generation of caste certification. Customers of Rubber Producers’ Societies will get 25 for each cent concessions in payment on generation of membership certification.
